Today, we’re taking a closer look at the McFaddins’ French rococo style gold mantel clock. 🕰 This eye-catching clock came from the estate of Ida Caldwell McFaddin’s sister, Ouida Caldwell Watts. The clock was manufactured by Lerolle Frères, in Paris, France, sometime near the turn of the nineteenth century. It is completely gilded bronze, making it extremely heavy but stunningly beautiful.
