Moe came to Canada from Lebanon in 1974 with big dreams and an even bigger heart. He worked for a relative at Vera Pizza in Gatineau until he married Laudy (you’ll meet her next Monday!) and together they bought Louis Pizzeria from her uncle Louis in 1979. Through the Lebanese civil war, he sponsored his whole family to bring them to safety and they all worked together. Decades later, he still works 7 days a week and continues serving his community with the same heart, generosity, and dedication
