Kai Havertz has suffered a hamstring injury during Arsenal's Dubai training camp, leaving Mikel Arteta ruing the fact a striker did not arrive during the January transfer window

The injury crisis would appear to leave Arteta with no option but to field a front three of Leandro Trossard, Raheem Sterling and youngster Ethan Nwaneri against Leicester as they travel to King Power Stadium on Saturday. Nwaneri has impressed of late having been afforded greater opportunities since the injury to Saka.

Kai Havertz is being assessed by Arsenal after handing them an injury scare during their warm-weather training camp in Dubai. Havertz is believed to have picked up the issue, which is thought to be muscular, during a training session on Monday.
