Being on the practice field doesn't guarantee anything for Saturday's game for Shaheed, who exited Sunday's win in Carolina with a concussion, but it is at least a sign that he's moving through the concussion protocol.

Starters Charles Cross, safety Coby Bryant will also be week-long issues before Seattle's NFC title game at San Francisco Saturday night.

It appears as though both the Seahawks and 49ers have left tackle injury concerns ahead of their NFC West title matchup on Saturday night. Trent Williams for the 49ers, and Charles Cross and Josh Jones for Seattle all did not practice.

The Seahawks made multiple moves on Tuesday, placing wide receiver Cody White on injured reserve (groin) and signing rookie offensive tackle Amari Kight off the practice squad. Seattle can earn the No. 1 seed in the NFC with a win over the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday.

Sam Darnold and the Seahawks have won six in a row to take a one game lead into the final game of the regular season. Seattle is outscoring its opponents 29-18. Their stifling defense has allowed just 31 touchdowns through 16 games including just one last weekend in Charlotte to the Carolina Panthers in a 27-10 win.
