After 14 days without a game, the New York Islanders are back in action to take on the Dallas Stars on Sunday night at UBS Arena. The Islanders went into the 4 Nations Face-Off break on a 6-3 to the Minnesota Wild on Feb.

The Dallas Stars play their second of a three-game road trip in New York on Sunday night against the New York Islanders. The Stars will hope to build momentum on a 4-2 win in New Jersey on Saturday and win on a back-to-back before heading to Columbus.

The Dallas Stars started Saturday where they ended before the 4 Nations Face-Off break -- with a win. The New York Islanders can't say the same and will begin the challenge of rediscovering the form they displayed for most of the three weeks before the time off.

For their first game after a two-week break (Brock Nelson’s 4 Nations schedule excepted), the Islanders host the Dallas Stars, who are a top contender in the West. They do it with multiple blueliners returning to health and/or close to returning to the lineup.
