Baltimore Public Markets Corp., the nonprofit operating the city’s six public markets including Hollins, closed the nearly 200-year-old market last year to renovate the space and add two stalls, bringing the total stall count to seven, plus a grocery shop. The market is now outfitted with updated infrastructure, signage and interior design.

The stalls at Hollins Market are currently operated by Freshly Seafood, Nafasi Catering, K’s Chicken, longtime-tenant Lauman’s Quality Meats, MikksKakes, The Market Cafe, and The Market. There is also a stall called The Pop-Up with rotating food businesses. The current business at The Pop-Up is Elevated Kitchen.
