Speedometer 3.0 is supported by each major browser engine, including Blink/V8, Gecko/SpiderMonkey, and WebKit/JavaScriptCore, and this is the first such cross-industry collaboration.

Speedometer 3.0 takes into account the most common versions of popular frameworks including React, Vue, Angular, Preact, Lit, Backbone, and Svelte.
