In the Must See video above, Thousands of people were evacuating from at-risk coastal areas in the northern Philippines on Thursday, November 14, as Typhoon Usagi made landfall.

The storm made landfall on the island of Luzon. Forecasters warned of torrential rain and landslides in the north of the country.

The fifth major storm in three weeks is approaching the Philippines, prompting more largescale evacuations and a United Nations request for emergency funds to help the government ease the plight of hard-hit villagers.
