Nebraska baseball made its first transfer addition Sunday in right-hander Kevin Mannell, who served as a reliever last season at Mississippi State.
This past spring, Mannell turned in a 7-4 record in 15 starts. In 75.1 innings pitched, the 6-4, 210 pounder allowed 18 runs on just 45 hits for an ERA of 1.91. He struck out 92 and walked just 20.
