Jasmyn Walker is joining the Iowa Women’s Basketball program as an assistant coach, the team announced Monday.

Jasmyn Walker has been named an assistant coach with the University of Iowa women’s basketball program, it was announced Monday by P. Sue Beckwith, MD, head coach Jan Jensen.

A native of Muskegon, Mich., Walker played at Valparaiso and Western Michigan. Walker’s hiring puts Iowa’s staff back at full strength in time for the 2025-26 season.
